Medical / Surgical Registered Nurse (Med/Surg RN) – Night Shift
- Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Hours Per Week
- Block Scheduling Policy: Block schedules strictly prohibited [HARDSTOP]; candidates listing block schedule requests will be automatically rejected.
- Time-Off Policy: 7 days maximum of Requested Time Off (RTO) permitted [HARDSTOP]. All RTO MUST be included at time of submission. Zero RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of the assignment [HARDSTOP].
- On-Call & Floating Protocol: On-call coverage and house-wide floating required as needed.
Dress Code: Solid Black scrubs required.
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of recent, dedicated Med/Surg RN clinical experience strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Must be comfortable managing high turnover and fast-paced patient assignments.
- Academic Accreditation [HARDSTOP]: Must hold a nursing degree from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- EMR System Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Must explicitly document hands-on Epic EMR experience within the last 1 year on the resume [HARDSTOP].
- State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active State of Ohio RN License strictly required at submission [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification strictly required [HARDSTOP].
