Job Summary
Requires experience with stroke teams and/or strong neurovascular background
IR Tech (Interventional Radiology Technologist) position
First-time travelers are accepted
1 year of IR Tech experience preferred
Work Schedule: 4x10 hour day shifts (0700-1730)
On-call required: 2 full weekends in a 6-week period plus 9 weeknights
Certifications required:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ARRT (R)
Active WA (Washington) Radiologic Technologist License
Must be willing to float to First Hill Campus for both regular shifts and call coverage
Required Procedural Experience:
Y-90 chemo delivery
GI bleeds
TPA administration
Vein sampling
Phase 2 recovery
Cryoablations
Must be proficient with:
Medication System: Pyxis
Documentation System: EPIC
Patient Diagnoses/Procedures:
Biopsies (various types)
GI procedures
GU/Renal procedures
Peripheral vascular procedures
Pulmonary procedures
CT-guided procedures
Endovascular lab procedures
Stent placement
Patient population is 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient
Med Ninjas Job ID #11449. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
