Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Chemotherapy
Patient Age Group: Adult, Geriatric
Minimum Years of Experience: One in outpatient infusion
Common Diagnoses: Oncology, neuro, anemia, GI, etc.
Technology: EPIC, Omnicell, Ascom, glucometer
Common equipment used: Alaris pumps and elastomeric pumps
Floating requirements
Blood product administration, ability to work in fast paced environment
to submit: -resume -drivers license -2 supervisory references -background check -skills checklist : Infusion completed -Certification copies:BLS, ACLS, Chemotherapy -NYS RN
