Job Summary:
Deliver holistic, patient- and family-centered care aligned with individualized goals.
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Ensure delivery of safe, efficient, and therapeutic nursing care.
Promote and contribute to quality outcomes for patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team or seek additional resources for complex or high-risk situations.
Act as a patient and family advocate to ensure excellent and satisfactory care.
Required Certifications & Licenses:
Active California Registered Nurse (CA RN) license
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
CPR certification
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Med Ninjas Job ID #20761. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
