PAY:
Local Pay - $60 to $62/hr on W2
Travelers Pay:
Taxable Amount - $26/hr on W2
Lodging Stipend - $1,100 weekly
Meals Stipend - $692 weekly
Weekly Gross - $2,728 weekly including stipend for 36 hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN-Emergency Department
Location - Laconia, NH 03246
Duration - 13 weeks contract
Night Shift - 7 pm to 7:30 am, with every other weekend
Weekly Hours - 36 hours
EMR Exp - Cerner - experience is preferred not required
Cases newborn to Geriatric - No OB. If traveler has no peds exp ask if they are
willing to learn & be trained.
Float - Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital Franklin
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with acute and chronic medical-surgical conditions.
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, including cardiac telemetry rhythms and vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
Respond to emergencies, participate in rapid response situations, and provide high-quality patient-centered care.
Ensure infection prevention, fall prevention, and quality improvement initiatives are consistently followed.
REQUIREMENT:
2+ years of experience required.
NH or compact RN license, BLS & ACLS, PALS, NRP
Will need to pass an advanced Dysrhythmia exam w/ and 80% during
onboarding.
