Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The role requires flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts based on departmental needs. The nursing schedule will consist of three 12-hour shifts per week, ensuring consistency in shifts throughout each workweek.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
- Valid state nursing license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
