Compensation & Schedule Details
- Hours & Shift: Day shift (36 hours per week / 12-hour shifts, 0700–1900). Target start date: November 2, 2026.
- Weekend & Call Requirements: Every other weekend required (Saturday/Sunday). No call requirement. No float requirement.
- Scheduling & RTO: Block scheduling can be considered, but is not guaranteed. All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of profile submission (none accepted post-submission). Interview availability of 3–5 days must be provided.
- Radius & Local Rules: 50-mile local radius rule applies. Local candidates are subject to a local rate differential. First-time travelers are accepted.
Key Facility Policies & Compliance Mandates
- PA Fingerprint Requirement: Pennsylvania Fingerprints (and Childline/FP results) are strictly required and must be completed within 1 week of signing. If results are not current within 12 months, travelers must complete fingerprinting immediately, as processing takes up to 2–4 weeks and cannot pend.
- Clinical Testing & Orientation: Pass/fail exam required for clinical candidates (maximum 3 attempts; no clinical remediation). Modules completed within the first 8 hours of orientation are non-billable. Pre-employment labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing.
- Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs required. Charting via Epic.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of general ER experience required (combined adult and pediatric). Level I or II trauma experience preferred.
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) RN license or multi-state compact RN license required at submission.
- Certifications: AHA ACLS and PALS required at submittal; TNCC preferred.
