**Exciting Opportunity for Labor & Delivery RN!** **Job Description:** - Location: Dickson, TN - Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - Unit: Women’s Services (LDRP, OBED, NICU) **Why Join Us?** - **Dynamic Environment**: Work in a busy LDRP unit with a total of 14 beds including LDRP, NICU, and an OR suite. - **Patient Care Focus**: - 1:1 patient ratio for active labors, inductions, and C-sections. - Couplet care at 1:3, and newborns at 1:1 until stable. - **Expert Team**: - Join a dedicated team of 6 seasoned RNs with approximately 30 years of experience each. - Benefit from a collaborative environment with nurses boasting 7-10 years of experience. - **Advanced Skills Required**: - Experience in labor and recovery, newborn assessments, and handling OB emergencies. - Proficiency in fetal monitoring, inductions (Pitocin, cervidil), and various procedures including C-sections and circumcisions. - **State-of-the-Art Equipment**: - Work with advanced tools such as CPN Central monitoring, IV pumps, tele-med robots, and more. - **Patient Experience Commitment**: - Participate in daily and safety rounding on all patients to ensure their needs are met. - **Team Support**: - Be part of a unit that prides itself on teamwork and willingness to help one another. - **Scheduling Flexibility**: - Full-time positions available (3 shifts per week) with rotating weekends and holidays. - **Growth Potential**: - Gain invaluable experience across labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care in a supportive atmosphere. **Certifications Required**: - BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring training. **Dress Code**: - Pink and/or brown scrubs required as per infant security policy. **Resources & Recognition**: - Policies and procedures are available through Policy Stat. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
