Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Rapid Response RN in the Labor & Delivery (L&D) department. This is a contract position offering a dynamic work environment where you will provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare.
Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 10 LDRs, 2 OBED
- Number of Staff: 24 Bedside RNs
- Patient Ratios: 2:1 for high-risk patients; 1:1 or 2:1 if stable
- Type of Equipment: CPN (Centricity), Meditech
Required Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- AWHONN
- NRP
- Current Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual
- Scrub tech skills
Typical Procedures Performed:
- Cesarean sections
- BTLs/Salpingectomies
Best Personality Fit:
- Open
Floating Areas:
- Postpartum, medical floor (only as a tech)
