Assignment Overview
Join a dynamic team as an ICU Registered Nurse, providing care in a 30-bed unit with an average census of 26. The ideal candidate will have experience managing critical care patients with a variety of diagnoses, such as Sepsis, ARDS, and DKA, among others. Experience in handling a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1-2 during both day and night shifts is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ICU nursing care
- Manage and monitor invasive lines, ventilators, and critical care drips
- Conduct blood transfusions and care for wounds
- Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation and manage chest tubes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal care
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Experience with critical care drips and invasive lines
