Assignment Overview
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room who is experienced in delivering critical care. The ideal candidate is adept at managing both psychiatric and pediatric patient populations, with strong teamwork and communication skills. The ability to float within a 40-mile radius is required.
Assignment Details
- Shift: 4x12 Nights
- Work Modality: On-site
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3794.4 (negotiable)
- Charting System: EPIC
Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to patients in the emergency setting
- Maintain sound clinical judgment and documentation
- Care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
- Escalate concerns appropriately to ensure patient safety
- Float to other sites within a 40-mile radius as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of ED experience with at least 2 prior travel contracts
- Ability to care for critical care patients
- Sound clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Ability to care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Clear and timely communication skills
