**Join Our Team as a Critical Care Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to patients facing critical medical challenges? - Join a dynamic team of critical care nurses, where you will make a significant impact on patients suffering from conditions like heart attacks, strokes, and severe trauma. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess patients' conditions and develop and implement comprehensive care plans. - Provide advanced life support and treat wounds with precision. - Assist physicians during complex procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. - Monitor and record vital signs meticulously, ensuring the highest level of care. - Ensure the proper functioning of vital medical equipment, including ventilators and monitors. - Administer intravenous fluids and medications effectively. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary critical care team to enhance patient care. - Respond decisively to life-saving situations by adhering to nursing standards and protocols. - Act as a passionate patient advocate and provide education and support to families. - Care for pre- and post-operative patients as needed. - May involve case management and administrative duties. **Facility Requirements:** - Must hold current ACLS, BLS & PALS/ENPC & TNCC certifications (preferred but not required), issued by the American Heart Association. - Must possess a valid WY RN license or multi-state RN license. - Minimum of 2 years recent ICU RN experience in a hospital setting. - Occasionally responsible for caring for pediatric/adolescent patients, as SageWest does not have a dedicated pediatric unit. - Flexibility to float between campuses as needed based on facility census. **Submission Requirements:** - Use the provided submission template upon application. - Attach relevant documents: SSN & DOB, RTR, and Vendor Submittal Packet. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
