Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ER Registered Nurse in Apple Valley, CA. This position offers an elevated seasonal rate increase effective through 3/1/27, providing an excellent opportunity for RNs looking to make a difference in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4.
- Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
- Participate in holiday coverage, with a requirement to work 3 out of 5 major holidays.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience required.
- ACLS, BCLS, NIH, and PALS certifications are required.
- Community hospital experience preferred.
- Must be open to working weekends, which may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs.
- Guaranteed hours: the facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period.
- No pending licenses accepted.
- RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.
