Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ER Registered Nurse in Seattle, WA! We are seeking dedicated and experienced RNs to provide exceptional care in the Emergency Department (ER). This is a contract position with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care for typical emergency department patients, including adult and pediatric cases.
- Perform ambulance triage, ED holding, and lobby triage.
- Administer breathing treatments, chest tube set-up/care, and CPAP/BiPap procedures.
- Conduct sedation and rapid sequence intubation (RSI).
- Manage trach care and ventilator support.
- Administer blood and blood products, and perform cardioversion/defibrillation.
- Utilize cooling/warming blankets and CRRT/dialysis as needed.
- Obtain 12 Lead EKGs and operate rapid infusers.
Requirements:
- 1 Year Experience Required
- First Time Travelers Not Accepted
- Must be open to floating to different campuses
- Weekends Required: Every Other
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
Additional Information:
- Schedule posted every 6 weeks with shift start times at 0700, 0900, 1200, 1500, and 1900.
- Non-Holiday DTO: 5 days/1 week added to the end of the contract. More than 5 days DTO will require manager consideration.
