Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ER Registered Nurse in Guilford, CT. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic Emergency Department (ER) setting, where you will be part of a dedicated team providing critical care to patients in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort while delivering care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately using Epic charting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar acute care setting; preferred 2 years.
- Certifications required: TNCC, ACLS, BLS.
- Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs.
- Pending licenses are accepted.
- Every other weekend availability is required.
Facility Highlights:
- Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Level I Trauma Center.
- Total Staffed Beds: 1,567.

- Parking Cost: $125/month.
This role guarantees hours and is a fantastic opportunity for both seasoned professionals and first-time travelers. You will be assigned to one campus with the possibility of rotating to other campuses, but please note that travelers will not be assigned to trauma/rescue rooms, triage, or locked behavioral health units.
