**Join Our Dynamic Nursing Team as an ED RN—Nights!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients while advancing your nursing career? - As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) working nights, you will be at the forefront of patient care, coordinating and implementing individualized care plans. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on comprehensive assessments. - Utilize critical thinking and prioritization skills to excel in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes. - Provide education to patients and families tailored to their unique needs. - Effectively delegate patient care tasks to ancillary personnel as needed. - Embrace and uphold professional ethics and standards in every aspect of your practice. - Cultivate therapeutic relationships with patients and engage in meaningful family teaching. - Participate in departmental and organizational performance improvement initiatives. **Qualifications:** - **Education & Licensure:** - Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact license - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field is preferred - **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (to be obtained within 90 days of hire) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (to be obtained within 6 months of hire) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification (to be obtained within 1 year of hire) - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification (to be obtained within 1 year of hire) - STABLE certification (to be obtained within 1 year of hire) - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (to be obtained within 1 year of hire) - **Experience:** - Less than 1 year of hospital nursing experience is acceptable - Emergency Department or Critical Care nursing experience is preferred **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
