Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Adapt to the unique demands of a rural hospital setting
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Emergency Room experience required
- Ability and willingness to work in a rural hospital environment
- Availability to start as soon as possible for a 13-week contract
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience in a critical access or rural hospital setting
- Strong ability to work independently with limited on-site resources
