Assignment Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a background in Critical Care and Cardiac Critical Care for a position in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). The ideal candidate will have experience in open heart recovery and post-cardiac procedure recovery.
Assignment Details
- Unit Description: 8 Beds
- Patient Ratio: 1:1-3
- Patient Population: Post Surgical Management for Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Thoracotomies, TAVRs, Post Complex PCI Interventions
- Procedures: Post-Open Heart, Post-Cardiac Procedures, Surgical, Central Line Placements, Arterial Line Placements, Chest Tube Placements
- Monitoring: Edwards Monitoring, GE Monitoring, SWAN Ganz catheters
- Shift Details: 3x12 Days
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2322 (negotiable)
Qualifications
Required:
- Background in Critical Care/Cardiac Critical Care
- Open heart recovery experience
- Post cardiac procedure recovery experience
