Job Opportunity – Pediatric Float ICU RN – Georgia
Start Date: November 30, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift with every other weekend requirement. Patient ratio of 2-3:1. Holiday rotation includes either Thanksgiving or Christmas based on facility needs. Must be available to make up any missed shifts.

- Float assignment across multiple intensive care units including PICU, NICU, TDICU, CICU, and general care/specialty areas as needed
- Multi-campus assignment requiring flexibility between two locations
- EPIC electronic medical record system
- Dedicated pediatric critical care environment with varied case mix and learning opportunities
- Night shift schedule with structured weekend rotation
- Nicotine-free facility with mandatory flu vaccination policy (no exceptions or exemptions permitted)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of PICU or Pediatric CICU nursing experience required
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Must pass drug screen testing (nicotine testing included)
- Flu vaccination required with no exceptions
- Ability to float between two campus locations
