Job Overview
This position is for a Registered Nurse with a focus on providing exceptional patient care in the Cath Lab setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in circulating and monitoring interventional cardiac catheterizations and various invasive vascular procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and support during interventional procedures.
- Circulate during procedures, ensuring all necessary supplies and devices are readily available.
- Monitor patients' conditions before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the supplies and devices used in coronary and peripheral angiography, angioplasty, thrombectomy, stenting, and other relevant procedures.
- Participate in STEMI call duties as required.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current state license.
- Relevant certifications (BLS, PALS, ACLS).
- Experience in Cath Lab nursing and interventional cardiology preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a healthcare team.
- Willingness to discuss shift requirements during contract negotiations.
