United Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating case management and discharge planning for patients with chronic illnesses and specialized healthcare needs across multiple units, including Med-Surg, ICU, OB, and Adolescent Care. Requires at least 2 years of discharge planning and Med-Surg experience, with a clinical background in acute, medical-surgical, or critical care. Must hold an active, unrestricted U.S. RN license and AHA BLS certification. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Staff meeting attendance is required when scheduled. Housing is limited, and orientation is held every other Monday.
