As a Clinical Team Manager with VNS Health Hospice Care, you'll lead and support an interdisciplinary team in delivering compassionate, high-quality hospice care. What You Will Do

• Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive hospice care to patients and families.
• Coach, develop and support team members while fostering engagement, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including caseload management, productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner across Hospice Care to advance quality improvement, education, and operational initiatives.
• Support staff training and performance while creating an inclusive culture focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, Health or Human Services, or equivalent work experience
• Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license and registration
• Minimum of three years of clinical hospice experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
