HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri.

• Weekend Hours: As required by facility/every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)

• Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only

• Preferred Certifications: NIHSS
• Years of Experience: 1 year Cardiac Stepdown
• Float Requirements: as needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 32
• Patient Ratios: 1:3-1:4
• Equipment: Chest tubes, Temp Pacemakers, Bipaps
• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Cardiac Stepdown, inpatient only
• Preferred Skillset/Experience:
• Type of Patients on Unit: Post op CABG/ Valve, Thoracotomies, Resp. Failure, Chest pain
• Personality Fit: Must be a team player and promote positive culture

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: All Black w/ Mercy Logo on top
• Any unacceptable attire: Hoodies, jackets without Mercy logo, t-shirts, open toed shoes, no earbuds, no fake nails

Auto Offer Guidelines:

• Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours - must be listed on submission form

• Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form

• RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end

• Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment

• Auto Offers are contingent upon facility approval. Offer may be retracted within 48 hours by the facility.

• Night shift orients on day shift. Traveler must be available the entire week for orientation.
