Requirements:
2+ years RN experience
Strong Telemetry + Neuro experience
Neurological care experience is a must
BLS – AHA
ACLS
Must be comfortable titrating:
Amiodarone
Heparin
Insulin
Cardizem
Must be able to independently read cardiac telemetry strips
