Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Step-Down Neuro – Ohio
Start Date: November 20, 2026
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 12-hour shifts. Holiday rotation required (at least every other holiday).

Requirements:
- Active permanent Ohio RN license OR current Compact state license in hand at time of application
- Minimum 12 months of permanent experience in neuro step-down or related specialty required
- Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification required
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience strongly preferred
- Professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from the past 12 months required
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
