TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN First Assist for a travel nursing job in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

RN First Assistant - Operating Room
**Schedule**
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an RN First Assistant
- Licensure: Massachusetts state license in hand (conditional license accepted)
- Certifications: CNOR, ACLS, BLS required
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist in surgical procedures, providing first assistance to the surgeon
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure the OR environment is safe for patients and staff
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow in the operating room
- Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond to any emergencies
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding the surgical process
