• EMR: EPIC, Wellsky, Careport/PASSR/Teams
• Equipment: Laptop, Phone (ascom)
• Type of Patients on Unit: High acuity, complex, high percentage behavioral health

• Personality Fit: flexible, easy going problem solver with calm demeanor and can do attitude

   

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years discharge planning/care coordination
• Preferred 5+ years of acute nursing practice in hospital
• Travel experience
• RN license
• BLS
