Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Garnett, Kansas.

Required:
Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
Epic charting experience is required; long-term care experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Current BLS certification.
Experience with blood glucose monitoring.
Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE.
Experience administering oxygen via nasal cannula or face mask.
Experience with peripheral IV care.
Ability to care for geriatric patients with conditions such as diabetes, dementia, CHF, COPD, CKD, anxiety, depression, and Parkinson's disease.
Must be willing to work every other weekend and accept holiday shifts or charge RN assignments as needed.
