Job Details:
- Recommended Qualifications: Minimum of five years of hospital experience; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. No set days; weekend and major holiday shifts required based on hospital needs.
- Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); minimum five years of hospital experience; BSN degree; located within commuting distance of Murrieta, California.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in med/surge and telehealth settings; previous experience with hospital float pools.
- Additional Information: The role involves filling shift gaps as needed, with scheduled major holidays but no specific day-to-day schedule mandated. This position is part of a float pool team providing flexibility in coverage.
