RN PICU – San Diego, CA
- Start Date: November 9 only
- Experience: 1 year pediatric hospital experience and 1 year travel experience required
- Eligible Candidates: PACU or PICU RNs; PICU nurses can be trained in PACU
- Shift: 4×10-hour day shifts, variable start times (10:30 AM–12:30 PM or earlier)
- License: CA RN license required; pending license accepted with a confirmed ETA
- Certifications: BLS/CPR (AHA), PALS (AHA)
- Education: Associate degree required
- Required Skills: Critical care, airway management, ventilators, extubation, pain control, cardiac monitoring, fluid/electrolyte management, and discharge instructions
- Call: Possible standby; 1 weeknight or every other weekend shift, plus holiday call as needed
- Weekends: Must be fully flexible
- Floating: No
- Block Scheduling: Not available
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted, but 1 year of travel experience is listed as required
- Local Candidates: Not accepted
- RTO: Maximum 6 days
- Guaranteed Hours: After the call-off policy is met
