Schedule: Day Shift 5*8s 40 weeks

• Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Weekends/Holidays: No weekends or holidays

• On-Call: No on-call responsibilities

• Travelers: No first-time travelers accepted

• Experience: 2–3 years of recent infusion experience required; outpatient clinic experience highly preferred

• Certifications: ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification and AHA BLS required

• License: Active, unencumbered NYS RN license required (license in hand)

• EMR: Epic experience required

• Equipment: Alaris infusion pumps

• Clinical Skills: Strong IV/vascular access and port access skills

• Patient Population: Hematology, oncology, monoclonal antibodies, and non-oncology referral infusions

• Patient Load: Typically 8 patients per assignment; maximum daily capacity of 24 patients

• Responsibilities: Chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration, chairside patient education, and independent management of patient assignments with minimal supervision

• Other Requirements: Strong communication skills with patients, families, and oncology care team.
