Position: Operating Room RN
Schedule: 5x8 days, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM; weekends, holidays and call required
Experience: 2 years experience required
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, current NYS RN license, BLS; ACLS preferred
Duties: Deliver quality OR patient care and assess clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual needs; maintain a safe and aseptic OR/ASU environment using standard clinical instrumentation; interpret lethal dysrhythmias; assess and use lifts to move patients safely; prioritize and delegate, and may assume charge nurse duties
Note: On-call required with a 30-minute response time; 100-mile radius rule
