Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics in a 17-room OR environment
• Perform circulating duties and conscious sedation; Orthopedic and Neuro experience required
• Scrub and assist with trauma cases as needed; float within the facility within scope of practice as required
• Fulfill call shift obligations (6 call shifts per 6-week period, depending on assigned shift)
• Work applicable major holidays falling within the assignment period per facility holiday policy
• Adhere to all compliance deadlines and complete required onboarding modules during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Demonstrated ability to circulate and perform conscious sedation
• Proficiency with Pyxis; Epic experience preferred
• All RTO must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule changes permitted post-offer or during orientation week
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification preferred
• Scrub and trauma OR experience preferred
• Familiarity with Epic EMR system
