B2B Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department Senior for a travel nursing job in Moreno Valley, California.

Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN)
Experienced ER travel nurses who thrive in high-acuity, Level I Trauma environments and are comfortable managing a wide variety of emergency conditions.

📌 Candidates who do not currently have the required experience, certifications, and travel experience will not be considered
Mandatory Requirements
- Active California RN License – REQUIRED
- BLS, ACLS, PALS – REQUIRED
- Current CPI Certification – REQUIRED
- TNCC or ATCN – REQUIRED
- NIHSS Certification – REQUIRED
- Minimum 4 years of Emergency Department experience – REQUIRED
- Level I Trauma experience – REQUIRED
- Recent ER experience in an acute care hospital
- Experience caring for patients across the lifespan, including pediatric and geriatric populations
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Experience working in high-volume emergency departments
- Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience
Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, prioritize, and manage patients presenting with urgent and life-threatening conditions.
- Provide emergency nursing care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and high-risk medications according to hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams using SBAR communication.
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and emergency response protocols.
