Fingerprint Clearance card which is a requirement before starting they can apply at FLU Shot and COVID is Required and or Medical Exemption for Flu and either Exemptions for COVID. Point Click Care (documentation program) experience required. Shifts times 6:00 am-6:30 pm & 6:00 pm- 6:30 am First full week is computer training and orientation. HOUSING: On a remote reservation and located 60 mins from Casa Grande and 90 from Tucson. • Extended stay America- Tucson, AZ- $76/night (Pet Friendly) • Hotel McCoy- Tucson, AZ- $87/night (Pet Friendly) NEED TO ASK if Housing is available and will get information on housing at the first day of orientation. Bring own lining and toiletries if staying in apartment. - Required can not get code for onsite housing till the day orientation Each room has 2-3 beds and this is completed dorm style shared living. The housing cost is $25 per night. Please remind your staff that to stay in the apartment the fee is $25 a day and they will be issued a QR code to submit their payment or they can drop cash off in an envelope. Verizon works best on reservation. - Recommended
