Job Summary
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor Sioux City. The position supports interdisciplinary patient care through the application of professional and clinical knowledge in a rehabilitation setting. The assignment includes night shifts and requires collaboration in managing care for patients with a patient ratio of approximately 1:8.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of previous rehabilitation experience; medical-surgical experience; Mandatory Reporter certification; active Iowa or compact nursing license; active Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications; drivers license. American Heart Association (AHA) certification is preferred for required life-support credentials.
- Schedule: Night shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Assignment Dates: 11/23/202602/22/2027.
- Additional Information: Participation in interdisciplinary patient care is required. Weekend and holiday coverage occurs every other weekend and holiday. The healthcare provider requires work on two of three winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Years Day.
