Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Operating Room (First Assistant), Massachusetts This position supports surgical procedures through first assistant responsibilities, including both scrub and circulate functions. The assignment requires current operating room first assistant experience, relevant nursing credentials, and the ability to work day shifts.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of current operating room first assistant experience; scrub and circulate proficiency; Bachelor of Science degree; active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license; active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); and Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification.
- Additional Information: On-call rotation may be required. Holiday coverage may be required as needed. Scrubs are provided.
