Job Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency care, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a combined adult/pediatric emergency department.
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Support patients and families through emotional and physical challenges during emergencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an Emergency Room setting.
- Travel experience is required.
- Candidates must hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS.
- Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:4.
- Willingness to work weekend shifts, approximately every other weekend.
Shift Details
This position offers a mid shift consisting of three 12-hour shifts, from 15:00 to 03:00.
