Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $3,013 per week

**Cardiac experience required

Unit Details:
Working with Tele/drips/draw ABGs.
ACLS certified cardiac procedures like cardiac catheterizations ablations pacers ICDs. We take Cardizem, Cardene, dobutamine, dopamine, heparin, nitro, and insulin drips.
• Navy Blue Scrubs

**Targeted patient ratios are 1:4, but they can be up to 1:5-6**

*Unit participates/may participate in team nursing model where RNs, LPNs, and PCTs partner together to care for a group of patients. The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients, ultimately improving both the workload and patient care. Nurses may function in either team nursing or primary nursing depending on the needs of the unit.

**Must have EPIC experience

Must have the following requirements:
• Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment.
• BLS, ACLS required - must be able to read and interpret strips
• Experience with drawing ABGs.
• Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.
1.5 years and level 1 or 2 is preferred
• Travel experience preferred


Their application MUST show some 1:5 ratio experience in the Work History section for SD or PCU, otherwise, the facility will not review it. Also note, ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, therefore, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered.
