Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Operating Room Englewood, Colorado. This position supports surgical services in a fast-paced operating room environment, providing patient-centered care and collaborating effectively with surgical teams and providers. The assignment includes day shifts, on-call responsibilities, and a 6-week duration.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 6:30 a.m.6:30 p.m.; 12-hour shifts; 48 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; a minimum of 1 year of current hospital experience as an operating room registered nurse; circulating and scrubbing experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Meditech experience.
- Additional Information: On-call participation is required, including two 12-hour call shifts per month and three to four evening call shifts from 5:00 p.m.7:00 p.m. per month. Clinical responsibilities may include supporting angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic or spine procedures. Patient experience, effective communication, and adaptability are valued.
