Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Description
The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care during the perioperative period. This role requires proficiency in scrubbing, circulating, and working in the recovery room as needed. Effective communication with other members of the perioperative team is essential. The RN must maintain a high level of confidentiality and uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
Shift Information
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Shift Length: 8-hour shifts
Holiday Coverage
Holiday coverage is required.
Minimum Years of Experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience is required.
Certifications / Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
Additional Requirement
Covid-19 vaccination is required for this position.
