• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Call Requirements: 2nd call one weekend per month; 1st/2nd call twice per pay period
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Setting: 6 OR suites, including a CSOR

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Circulating OR experience required
• BLS and ACLS required
• ADN required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment with strong organization and flexibility
• Comfortable supporting a broad surgical case mix, including ortho, GYN, general, urology, plastics, spine, podiatry, ENT, and ophthalmology

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality circulating nursing care in the Operating Room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff to support smooth case flow
• Prepare the OR for procedures and maintain a sterile, efficient surgical environment
• Monitor patient status throughout the surgical experience and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Support a variety of surgical specialties in a 1:1 patient care setting
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining excellent patient care standards
