Assignment Details
- Contract Dates: October 26, 2026 – January 22, 2027
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
- Guaranteed Hours: 20 hours per week
- Scrubs: Provided by facility
- Patient Population: Adults and pediatric patients
Please note: Daily end times vary based on surgical volume. Nurses are expected to remain until their assigned operating room is completed unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Compensation Package
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,787
- Taxable Pay: $1,520/week ($38.00/hour for 40 hours)
- Housing Stipend: $791/week
- Meals & Incidentals (M&I): $476/week
- Estimated Total Contract Earnings: $36,231
The quoted weekly package requires completion of all 40 scheduled hours. Stipends are subject to applicable eligibility requirements and tax rules.
Overtime & On-Call Pay
- Overtime: 1.5x the taxable hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week ($57.00/hour)
- On-Call Rate: $7.00/hour
- Call-Back Pay: 1.5x the taxable hourly rate ($57.00/hour) when called back to work
Clinical Specialties
Experience in one or more of the following surgical specialties is relevant:
- ENT / Otolaryngology
- Ophthalmology
- General Surgery
- Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Orthopedics, including joints, spine, arthroscopy, and sports medicine
- Plastic Surgery
- Podiatry
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Active Tennessee RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid driver's license
- OR / Circulating RN skills assessment
- Tuberculosis screening
- Background check completed prior to interview
Additional Information
- Facility will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving.
- Daily shift end times may vary depending on case volume.
- Nurses are expected to complete their assigned room's cases unless prior arrangements have been approved.
