Travel RN – Obstetrics (OB) / MedSurg Float
Contract: 13 Weeks | 36 hrs/wk | Night 12s (17:00 – 05:30)
Quick Start
Setting: Obstetrics Unit (Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn) + MedSurg Floating | EMR: Epic
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of RN experience (1+ year in OB required; must be proficient in maternal/fetal and newborn assessment).
- Floating Flexibility: Must float to MedSurg unit to take a patient assignment when OB patient volume is low.
- Licensure & Certs: Active ID or Compact RN License, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required (PALS required upon hire or within 1 yr).
- Restrictions & Policies:
- 120-mile radius rule: No local candidates accepted (<120 miles from facility).
