Two shifts: 0700-1930 & 1900-0730 Day/Night rotation (a minimum of 48 hours of nightshift in 4 weeks) 24 hours of Friday time in 4 weeks -48 hours Sat/Sun time in 4 weeks Manager will not do days/nights in the same week
