Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Specialist in nights. This role involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients within the intensive care setting, adhering to clinical protocols and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), at least 1 year of experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and current certifications as necessary for neonatal care.
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional neonatal certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) certification.
- Additional Information: No float rotation may be required. The position involves delivering direct patient care, monitoring neonatal vital signs, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team on patient care plans.
