E-SolHealth is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Medical-Surgical or PCU/Telemetry unit.
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA)
State License
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and ongoing reassessments of assigned patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms through continuous telemetry monitoring and recognize abnormal rhythms, including atrial fibrillation, SVT, bradycardia, and ventricular arrhythmias.
- Identify changes in patient conditions and promptly notify physicians or activate Rapid Response/Code Blue when indicated.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, antibiotics, anticoagulants, and other prescribed treatments safely.
- Initiate and maintain peripheral IV lines and provide IV therapy.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, blood glucose, laboratory results, and patient responses to treatment.
