Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position is for night shifts and entails providing comprehensive care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health status and implement appropriate care plans.
- Monitor telemetry readings and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required.
- Valid nursing license issued by the state of Ohio or compact state.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
Work Schedule
This position includes working four 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
