RN – Med Tele House Supervisor (Nights) | Sage Memorial Hospital – Ganado, AZ / Critical Access Hospital / 7 on–7 off schedule, ASAP start only / 12-hr nights, 36/48 guaranteed hrs/week with option to pick up OT (not guaranteed) / 4:1 patient ratios / Must have strong Med Tele and acute care experience with ability to work independently in a rural setting / Float flexibility may be needed based on census / Fast-paced critical access environment caring for adult med/surg and telemetry patients / Travelers should be comfortable with limited resources and broad patient acuity
