Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a night shift position requiring three 12-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a telemetry unit.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and procedures.
- Document patient assessments and care activities accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- MUST possess a permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Shift Details
This position requires night shifts, working three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
